If for any reason there is any damage to your item upon receipt, please reach out to support@wildbornoutdoors.com immediately so we can take care of you right away.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The return must be received by Wild Born Outdoors within 14 days of receipt.
- The returned item must be unworn and in new condition, with tags still attached, and free of debris, hair, deodorant, etc.
- We do not offer returns for "change of mind".
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns are only done via store credit at wildbornoutdoors.com.
EXCHANGES
We do offer 14 Day from purchase exchanges. If for any reason something doesn’t fit, reach out to support@wildbornoutdoors.com and we’ll be glad to take care of you.
CHRISTMAS SEASON EXCHANGE POLICY
We extend our exchange policy 5 days after Christmas Day. If something doesn't fit or needs a new size you can exchange it within that window (if we have the item still available). We want to make sure we take care of you this Christmas and help you ensure you get what you want for Christmas. The person doing the return does need to have the original order number and the item MUST be in new unworn & unwashed condition, free of hair, and any debris. Please contact support@wildbornoutdoors.com to process and exchange.
TERMS ON EXCHANGE:
- Item must be in new, never worn & never washed condition. If Wild Born Outdoors determines the items do not fit the criteria we reserve the right to reject the exchange. You will forfeit your item or the buyer will be responsible for shipping back to you.
- If an exchange is granted, the item needs to be returned at the expense of the buyer unless otherwise voided by Wild Born Outdoors or a return label is mailed.

Please include the original order number and any details of the correspondence of the exchange. If you ship back a return without email correspondence from support@wildbornoutdoors.com - your return/exchange will be rejected. We advise that you wait to hear back from the support team BEFORE sending anything back.
LOST SHIPMENTS
We do our best to help in all situations, but we cannot be held liable due to errors committed by USPS, UPS, or FedEx and/or addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is undeliverable/unclaimed/damaged/missing, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping service directly. Wild Born Outdoors is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged, missing, and/or undeliverable packages.
